Luggage and group size
All standard luggage is included. Groups travelling with extra bags or oversized equipment should mention this when booking so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
Child seats
Child seats and booster seats are available at no extra charge. Please request one when booking and let us know the age or approximate weight of your child.
Return to the airport
We offer drop-off to Corfu Airport at departure. Book your outbound and return transfer together and we handle both ends of your stay.
Flight cancellations
If your flight is cancelled or significantly rerouted, let us know as early as possible and we will reschedule without charge.
Waiting time
We allow for customs, baggage collection, and a reasonable walk from the terminal. We will not leave without you. If you have been held up, send a quick message and we will wait.
Payment
Cash on arrival is standard. Card payment and advance bank transfer are available on request. The price is fixed and agreed before your travel day.

Real-Time Flight Monitoring After Dark
Late-night arrivals are tracked in the same way as daytime flights. If your charter or scheduled service is delayed after 22:00, we adjust our timing automatically without you needing to call or message. Your driver will be at arrivals when you clear customs, regardless of the hour.
No Extra Charges for Night Arrivals
There is no surcharge for nighttime pickups. Whether your flight lands at 08:00 or 23:00, the quoted price covers your complete transfer from the terminal to your accommodation anywhere on the island. Fixed price, named driver, same service.

Do you meet me inside the terminal?
Yes. We wait in the arrivals area with your name clearly displayed on a sign. You will find us immediately after collecting your bags and clearing customs.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights automatically. If your plane is delayed, we adjust our timing without you needing to call or message. We will be there when you land.
Can I book a transfer for a group of six or more?
Yes. Please mention the number of passengers and the amount of luggage when you enquire so we can confirm the right vehicle for your group.
Do you cover hotels and villas outside Corfu Town?
We cover the entire island, including the north, south, east coast, and remote villa locations. If your accommodation is on Corfu, we can get you there.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your flight is confirmed, especially during the summer season. That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Can I add a sightseeing stop on the way from the airport?
Yes. If you want to stop at a viewpoint or specific location on the way to your accommodation, just mention it when booking and we will plan it into the route.
