Achilleion Palace
The architecture of Achilleion is similar to an ancient Phaecian palace and the monument of a Dying Achilles is unlike anything that you can find worldwide. In the background, you get to see the Ionian sea and plenty of green valleys and hills.
Kanoni (old cannon)
Kanoni is another interesting part of Corfu town that you can enjoy when you get a private taxi tour. The name is derived from an old cannon at the top of the lush green hill, and in a short distance from this is the small church known as Panagia Vlacherna.
A tour that revolves around two of the most important and historic sights of Corfu. Achillion Palace and Kanoni. We will visit Princess Sissy’s home and its breathtaking gardens and monuments, as well as Kanoni with its spectacular view of Vlacherena and the Mouse Island. During our three hour tour, we will also visit Pelekas and Gastouri. The length of stay at Achilles museum is 40 to 50 minutes, depending on your preferences. The entrance fee for Achillion Palace is 8 Euros.
